Terrible neighborhood! If you can't afford much this still isn't a good place to live. The landlord is a slum lord, don't expect to ever get anything fixed. The "manager" well he's a major drug addict and a drunk so don't expect to call him if you need anything! You can't stay away from the drama even when you stay to yourself. I mean if you live for drama and don't care that the trailer you are renting falls down around you then this IS the place for you!!!
