This location is awesome!! I had an issue with an order, and they took care of me stupendously, with a nice store credit (we had to eat our sandwiches on the run, couldn't take care of it that night). When I called to do a replacement order, the manager took care of taKing my order, and told me that the driver would be here asap. The driver was here very quickly, the sandwiches were perfect, and they had even written Thank You on both wrappers. I realize mistakes are made, but how the situation is handled by the company, in order to rectify it, is what really counts. This Jimmy Johns did right by me! Thanks JJ
