Three times in a row they have told me that they were too busy to help me with problems concerning my truck. And twice they have told me that they would look up estimates for repairs and then call me back, which they never did. Not very good customer service
Wonderful customer service!!! Steve went out of his way to help us with not one but two of our vehicles that quit working in the same weekend. He had us back up and running in no time!!! Very reliable and trustworthy!!!! Thank you for great service!!!!
When I moved back to town I wasn't sure who to go to for oil changes with my mom's BMW. A friend told me about 1 Stop Auto Shop in Chatham. I was so thankful they did. They treated my moms car like it was their own and the price was excellent! I highly recommend this nice, clean and convenient shop!

Awesome shop! Very friendly, accommodating staff! Blew a tire on my RV on the interstate, limped it in to the shop. Ended up replacing all 8 tires, for safety and piece of mind. Since I wasn't planning on spending this much, they helped me out and found a discount for me. Highly recommended shop! Very knowledgeable, very professional! Great work!
