Owner is a stand up guy. Looking for a bike seat, he ordered in some outlet seats online for me that I am sure he doesn't make much money on, and let me try them out for a few weeks before buying one. Have also had my bike and my wife's bike repaired here a few times with good results. Thanks guys!
This was a great experience from start to finish. We ordered 2 specialized road bikes that arrived in about 3 to 4 days. The staff and owner were so helpful, there was no pressure to buy, but rather they helped us find the best bikes for us. We also had a customized fitting with Vince, this is totally worth your time and money. We shopped in larger cities for these bikes, but who would have thought that the Springfield area has the very best bike shop.
